As far as I'm concerned, this should work absolutely fine: bind mwheelup "+jump r_cleardecals" bind mwheeldown "+jump r_cleardecals".
Replace “key” with the key you want to bind Some commands are held, like +attack, +forward, +voicerecord (microphone). cfg file: bind mwheelup +jump bind mwheeldown +jump.
